I don't know of any in the Lower Mainland. Only drive-in I know is the movie theatre.
Probably won't be any in Vancouver. A number of cities are trying to eliminate drive thru's as well.

White Spot on Marine Drive and ..Ross in Vancouver does car lot.
Not a drive in, but they do come out and serve you the food on a big tray that goes through your windows.

There is this place in Abbotsford called "Burger-On." it's along South Fraserway by the Husky across an RV dealership. There is also this place I pass by Edmonds just passed Canada Way going towards 6th. I think it's called "50's Diner" or something.
Before, there used to be the "Rodeo-Inn" on Hwy 10 and 152nd st in Surrey and Wally's Burger on Kingsway before Nanaimo? Wally's had the best shakes ever. It was so thick and creamy mmmm.

Ahaha! so true. I watch it while I'm working out... LOL
Ever since seeing that episode, I try mimicking the melted cheese on the grill. I buy Kraft singles then grill it on a panini press just until it melts and gets a little crispy.
