: Late night places that serve beer?

Have a get together with a hockey team and we won't be done our scrimmage game until around 11.

Are there any places that open late yet still serve beer? I can imagine it would take us about 15 minutes to drive somewhere, so somewhere that closes at 12 wouldn't really work.

Boston Pizza is a no, other than that I can't think of any places.

What's wrong with BP?

There's also Knight & Day (KGH & 96th or Lougheed & Boundary).

Kinda hard to be any more specific, having NO idea where your scrimmage is...

There's that place at Lougheed and Bainbridge that used to be the Fogg & Suds, dunno what it is now or what their hours are. There's a Shark Club, BP, a Milestones, and a Cactus Club just over by Brentwood Mall, they're all open late and all serve beer.

i used to work at a casino and they do cutoffs around 2am...fyi

How about The Roxy Burger on Granville? I'm pretty sure they serve beer there late night and into the midnight. There is another place around the same area too. Not sure what the name of the place is but they predominantly serve wine and highballs.

Actually, from 8 Rinks, you're not far from Metrotown... Sammy J's, Red Robin, Cactus Club, another BP... there's a Denny's there on Kingsway, they serve beer, and a pub right across from that (Great Bear, something like that?).
