mapquest for a website map?

does anyone know a service, or the way to use a mapping site to direct customers to a business?

im trying to make a link that links directly to a certain address, then people can type in their own address to find the route to said location, but i need the destination to be input when they click on the link?

1) maps.google.ca

2) type in the address

3) hit enter

4) top right of the map is a button that says link, click that, use the link
