as stated, i want some type r cams for b-series motor, b16b or b18c5 cams
with or without cam gears. prefered both cams but i dont mind just taking the intake camshaft as well.
must be in mint condition

Sorry those cams and gears are trashed, and should be recycled for metal recovery. The first lobe on both the exhaust and intake cam are scored and the teeth on the gears are worn to useless from running with no timming cover.
