I've looked around online and found a few suggestions; "apple sauce"; any other suggestions, or shops I can pick it up locally?

Thanks tons, guys.

I think brasso was what everyone used back in the day when the ipods had the "chrome" backing... I dont know how good it will work on the itough since i dont know what type of style the backing is..

if it's a polished metal like the back of the old school iPods, then any type of metal polish should work?

toothpaste is also a good home remedy polish.
