why don't you go to icbc get a vehicle history report for $21, it'll tell you more than what we can tell you unless that owner's on this site.

you can even do the report online and it's instantaneous..

Yes I got the report from icbc. Nothing over 2k some are no deatils, I'm just afraid that may be he didnt claim his big accidents through icbc??

use a company called car proof for the history report more expensive but searches both icbc and private insurance companies. As well as looking to see if it was ever registered or in an accident anywhere throughtout canada and the USA

just take it to a mechanic that you know well, get him to check the frame and everything, i think thats better than the icbc history as car owners can fork out repair fee out of their own pocket, leaving sellers with unknown histories.
