You know what's interesting about the new wave of gangs in Vancouver/Canada? They are multicultural and they don't discriminate potential members based on their race.

I'd hardly call them organized
Hells Angels...now they're organized...they operate seamlessly with the rest of society...you don't even know they're there.
The current crop of gangs around here are all show boatin' wannabe's
Shootin' up people's houses' and such...An organized gang would be keeping a low profile.
