Came with my S9-HD headphones. Don't have an iPod. It's brand-new, untouched and works on all 4th gen and above iPods with a docking port. No iPhones. Should work with any BT audio equipment that uses "0000" as the pairing code.

EDIT: It's looking for a good home. The first bloke with $5 gets it.
