i have a used throttle body off a B16B. comes complete with all sensors. it's 62mm, same as B18C-R TB size.

maybe a dumb question, but would a stock b18b intake arm fit on this?

the B18B throttle is only a few mm smaller iirc, and the arm is quite flexible.
