My neighbour's car alarm went off 6 times for no reason starting from about 5am, but I was still awake at the time. Afterwards, I heard the guy across the hall walk to the first neighbour's door and banged on it. Nobody answered, so he continued banging and yelling for like five minutes. He was making so much noise that he was getting to be more annoying than the car alarm. I stepped outside to tell him to STFU, but he continued banging away until the first neighbour finally answered the door.
