i know samsung doesn't trade notebooks/computers in Canada, but i was wondering if there are other non-samsung retailer selling samsung notebooks in Vancouver??

Actually Future Shop and Best Buy sells Samsung netbook/laptops. Do a search on their website, I don't think they have the model you're looking for though.

yes you are correct... they only carry a few samsung models and not the ones i'm looking for :o
