How to tell this video is fake:
1) Bad acting: The interaction isn't natural.
2) He just happened to be reading a novel outside their trailer. Yeah right.
3) Bad acting: "baby why did you do this? you know this will make me puke". Yeah right.
4) Bad editing: It goes from him saying (with poor acting) that he might puke, from him launching chunks. Obviously he gagged himself.
5) Have you ever seen someone when they are about to puke? They don't just go "this will make me puke" to launching chunks (with poor editing in between).
Go watch Jackass if you want to see this stuff, where they really do the nasty shit without poor acting.
Have to end this with another because I can't believe anyone thinks it's real.
