Hi, I think theres some problem with the used tamon 17-50 lens I bought. should I repair it locally or send it to the repair centers listed on tamron's website? which is in alberta and ontairo etc... nothing locally.

Did you get a copy of the receipt when you bought it? have you tried going back to that store and seeing if they will warranty it?

I bought it used, so warrenttee is no longer in effect acording to tamron.ca. only the original buyer has warrentee and I also don't have the receipt.
