This flu is actually weaker than other types of flu (http://www.latimes.com/features/health/la-sci-swine-reality30-2009apr30,0,3606923.story). I still don't understand why such a big deal is being made out of it.

the only reason it's more significant than other flu's is cuz we've never seen this strain.. our immuno's have nothing to fight against it. until a vaccine comes out for this specific strain it'll continue spreading, and the ones who don't have strong enough general immuno's won't last too long :S

im pretty sure i have a way higher chance dying in a car accident then the fucking swine flu

along with the avian flu and sars and west nile etc yada yada yada
every year theres some crazy new strand of disease that is suppose to kill us
