I started in Madagascar. Ships leave so infrequently, that you can build up the disease to an undetectable, highly-contagious, killer mofo, and it spreads like wildfire as soon as a boat hits land. Wiped out the whole globe.

I think one of the ONLY ways to get the whole world infected is to start in Madagascar. Presto's right, once the island is blood red, that shit will spread.

That's kinda the advantage of starting out in Madagascar, it gives your disease time to develop a lot of evolution points. If you strip out the symptoms, it'll prevent detection, and help propagation.

Using Parasite lets you infect with the least risk, but I've noticed Virus spreads way faster with maybe one or two countries locking up in response.

You need to make it as stealth as possible..
I actually sell the symptoms right aways.. I do airborn and rodent and buy level 1 of drug, cold, hot and moisture..
Then I just leave it and do something else.. once every country is infected I add cough and sneezing..
once everyone is infected I just do some crazy symptom and everyone dies.. lol
