hey i know i had a really hard time finding this card when i needed it.
so hopefully someone here needs one.
its a Siig SoundWave 5.1 PCI-LP Sound Card
low profile for slim pcs, has adapter bracket for standard cases
i used it on my slim htpc, hooked up via optical spdif to my reciever.
