Save On Foods must be thinking the Canucks will lose the series so might as well unload all the towls before the series is done, lol.

I work at the Save-on-Foods pharmacy in Pinetree Village, and the current policy is if anyone spends $10 on any pharmacy item (prescriptions, OTCs, even condoms) they can get one free towel. So this should be province-wide. I don't know about just giving out towels cause it's normally priced at $4.99, but I'll check my store when I go work tomorrow.

I'm at the Station Square one right now. Asked about the towels and they're only available for free with any $10 purchase from the Pharmacy area. No other way to get it, apparently.
Makes sense, buy drugs, get towel. |

Have mine already from a playoff game but why don't you guys just get some tylenol or vitamins and not necessarily a prescription fill.

Haha, from what I heard, you can get it at ANY Save-On-Foods store... I went to the Pinetree Village one and spent 10$ and took the receipt to the Customer Service Desk and asked for a towel , No pharmacy items needed But you do need your save on more card for them to ring... and they sign your receipt so you don't scam them for more. I spent probably 40$ in 10$ intervals and got 4 towels for my family members TOWEL POWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For last Tuesday's Canucks game I went to eat at Joey's on Burrard and Pender. When the game started each table got one towel for free. Probably not a great deal since Joey's is so overpriced, and only tables with more than one person got it, everyone at the bar left empty handed.
