tanpopo downtown had it, but i think they changed their menu recently so it might not be toro and wild salmon anymore.

It's their deluxe dinner AYCE menu, which is still available for late night if you want. Obviously at $30, it includes a LOT of variety...

Their regular late night AYCE is like $13.95, but does not have any sashimi.
