: 2000 Subaru Impreza TS awd

what's the god dam specs??

I searched google, and all I got is the RS specs.

umm.. there was this forum which says it has a 1.6l engine, then another forum says it has a 2.5l...

wtf??

i think only the RS has the 2.5
the ts has a 2.2? not sure

you can't find the specs because the TS model was not sold in America. they retained the 'L' spec Impreza.

the 2000 TS had a 2.2L engine, rated at 140hp I believe. I think it had drum brakes in the back. AWD and stuff too, what else do you want to know about it?

ughh.. it was sold in Canada..

but thanks.. I just wanted the basic engine specs

it was sold in NA. it's basically a really watered down RS.

it was sold in NA. it's basically a really watered down RS.

I think when the GD series of Imprezas came out, that's when the USA got the TS model trim. otherwise, the GC/GM Imprezas never has a TS model in the USA.

lol.. my bad.

anyways.. you can't really compare those two cars. One is American g*rb*ge, and the other is Japanese awd. Besides, that auto company is literally bankrupted so obviously dealers priced them like that to get rid of those time bombs.
