It would have been easier to comply. Just step out of the car and have the dog come search it, thus proving there was nothing to be concerned about. It would have cost him ten minutes of his life and we wouldn't have to hear him scream like a little pussy bitch.
Yes, he was tasered but where was this ass kicking he claims to have taken. Obviously this guy likes attention if a Utah pastor who had a problem in New Mexico is showing up on a Vancouver car forum. I'm not going to put "self infliction" off of the table of possibilities here.

If you don't then I say the police can remove you from our car with force. I don't see anything wrong with it. Listen up, follow instructions is simple and if you have nothing to hide then who cares.

There is no way in hell I would let sum power hungry cop search my car unless he had a good reason. If you wear a nice hat or drive a ballin car in Chilliwack, RCMP will pull you over, say its a random pullover, and ask to search. When you say no they just lie and say they smell weed and that gives them "cause" to search, then they search the car only to find nothing.....Fuckin cops must feel like they are the most powerful ppl in the world or something, using their little loopholes to do pretty much whatevr they want.

in light of 9/11, people should understand that the gov't has pretty much given up your rights, overshadowed by the fear of terrorism.
you cant have all this "fight against terrorists" at such a high degree while still retaining human rights that the US keep fighting and mocking china for. seems very hypercritical.
the pastor may be right, and may have all those human rights ammenmants, but ask any american what they would do to a terrorist and the answer is less than humane.

Sorry kids, but life is about diplomacy. If you want to be hard ass then go ahead and try to be litigious to law enforcement, see how much grief and fun that would be. Why not comply? I'd rather have these officers do random checks on strangers to keep druggies and gun-toting wanksters at bay. So what that it delays for an extra 2 minutes out of the 45 mins he's going to keep me sitting there?
