It's crazy," Serodio's attorney Gregg Zeff told ABCNews.com. "Because that's what he is."

how is that offensive........
if youre white and raised in africa then immigrated to the states. its logical to call urself a white african amiercan considering all those terms are met.

I feel bad for the guy, who is he supposed to identify with? He's more African than many 'African' Americans he's likely to deal with, but likely not crackerish enough to get along with all the whites in the states.
