Er, you're not just talking about a few kids partying here...

Officers stopped the caravan a few miles from the high school and arrested four 17-year-old boys who officers say were carrying marijuana, scales and baggies commonly used to package the drug.

That's not just a few kids smoking up, that's a few kids running a trafficking business.

Ive got a couple friends that have weed, scales, and baggies but aren't involved in trafficking. Some people just like to know if u got ripped off or not, so u get a scale. Ide imagine people get ripped of way worse in New Jersey then Canada. The baggies could be from old bags that u never thru away......I admit it looks real bad but im not ready just yet to jump to conclusions.

I didnt see in the article how much herbs there was....if there was over a couple ounces then fine they are probably dealers.

Word, lots of people have those things for personal use. Also just to know exactly how much they might bring out with them or whatever.

But leave that shit at home!
