I got a friend who crashed her 08 350Z awhile ago and ICBC fixed it for around $15,000 in damages. She's thinking of selling it now for a slower car.
She offered it to me for $13,000 cash. The car has around 30,000KM. Good deal? Should I jump on it?

Not exactly sure myself, I can get more info about it. She drove her car into a ditch so I'm guessing bumper, rad, frame, and wheel alignments. Lets just say it's the worst possible places to screw up $15,000 on. Still a good deal?

sounds nice for 13k because parts are so expensive these days 15k probably isn't that bad. My C class mercedes was driven at around 5km/h into a pole in a parking lot and it costed 6k, although that was a mercedes... so i dunno but there was so little damage.

That's sorta a lot of driving for a 2008 model
if everything was fixed at a reputable shop, and it runs fine with you then go ahead
that is IF everything is good
if so then yes I would think that's a good deal, not great deal but not bad

About the mileage, I'm purely guessing but I said 30,000KM so it won't be over what she actually drove for sure. So if everything works and drives nice it's a go? I'll check back with her about the damages and shop that it was done at.
Wonder what other people thinks about this. What's the real market price for a car with like this with this amount of damages?

Was the car written off (I assume not). In any case, this is a ridiculous deal, assuming the car wasn't terminally fucked up.
A quick browse on Craigslist shows that the cheapest 05s and 06s go for close to $20k. You could probably turn this thing around for a profit right away if you were so inclined.

Most Z's are destined to crash eventually. Not saying they aren't nice cars, I have one, just that lots of idiots don't know what they're doing with them. But nice thing is you can always tell which Z drivers have their heads on straight.

I'll get back to you guys with the info when I can get my hands on them. Definitely interested at the damages. What are some damages I should try to avoid when looking at a car like this?
