I have a underground parking spot in a secured garage for rent near oakridge shopping mall on 49th and cambie.
open to short or long-term solutions with rent calculated on a monthly basis ($25 obo) or per year ($250).
I am willing to give you a remote for in-out privileges provided a deposit is left for the replacement cost of the remote (approx $70)
This would be good for people who need to store a car because they do not have enough parking at home and they will not be driving the car for the next while. Or they need to store a project car that will not be getting worked on for awhile. Or to store a winter beater until next season but would still like to have use of their garage space at home.
