i went by going 50, says i'm going 60 and flashes me

Those things suck, max it'll read is like 70... I fly by everyday and it reads 70... but i noe im going ??? ....... =] .......

I went past one of those just recently on the Sea to Sky... I was doing 55, it showed 60, then 40, then 176(!!!), then 50 by the time I passed it. And no, there were no other cars around me. I think they use second-hand radar units that the cops retired after going to laser. :P

BTW, I've seen a couple times now, where they have one of those BIG reader boards (manned by community volunteers), and a couple blocks later are the real cops, pulling people over like crazy. And they have NO sympathy if you just passed a speed display and then decide to floor it.

I find them incredibly accurate but they mess with the radar detector.
