i wanna come out and join the comp. where would i sit and compete if i have 4 jl w3 6 inch subs and 1 4 channel amp and one mono block amp?

Is this your first time competing? Do you work in this industry? Answering these two questions will give you your answer. Either way, it's $25.00 and you'll get lots of input, fun and interaction with your own kind.

Generally a guy with 2 12s wont have to go up against a guy with 4 18s etc. Typically the walled setups compete against other walls and the daily driver style installs against other daily drivers.
