The woofer sounds a little mis-aligned. Buzzes at lower volumes and sounds fine when turned up? Yeah, it happens sometimes. Could have happened in shipping or just over time. Not much you can do without rebuilding it at least.
What sub is it? If its a cheapie then its time to look for a new sub.
