Any suggestions on registered massage therapists? My company gives us $500/year to spend on massages or physio so I want to use it up or else it just goes to waste.

Serious answers only (no rub n tugs :p ) or else I would have posted this in VOT :mamoru:

Basically you are looking at $80/hr for RMT.
Im not sure but anyone with an RMT has a certain standard and cant be too bad.
I know someone in the Coquitlam area i can recommend if you are interested.

My RMT, Colin Charron is pretty awesome. First visit is $80 for the full hour, subsequent visits are as low as $40 for a half hour. You can find him at Ironwood Chiropractic in Richmond - (604) 271-3234. If you don't want a guy doing the massage, you can also ask for the female RMT, can't remember her name, but she's really good too.

I honestly think just find one convenient for you
The rates are pretty much the same anywhere you go

Spa Utopia is $100 for an hour. You can get a $100 gift card from Costco for $80. You end up making $20 because you get a $100 receipt when using the gift card.

I usually hit Spa Utopia, its about $150 for a 75min Swedish full body massage and you can stick around for as long as you like afterwards to use their steamroom & facilities. If you are planning to have your medical benefits cover it, most insurance providers will only pay a rate of $80 to $85 per hour or pro rated if you have a longer session, the rest will be up to you to cover.

I get my massages from Joey in Siba Holistic Health & Fitness; she is a certified and registered Reflexologist, Shiatsu Massage Therapist and Yoga instructor. It's located in Richmond and call 778-863-9293 for appointment.

I've been to a lot of different places, she is the only one who can take care of my headache within a 1 hour session.

My RMT is at Watermania in Richmond. There are a few of them who share the space but mine charges $65/45min. Only gone twice but so far, so good.

EDIT: I went to the College in New West a few times, but their treatment is not covered by extended health so I stopped. Awesome and cheap place though if you're not looking for a RMT.

^^Who treats you?

I hear good things about Rod, but he's really busy. I am a dancer and have serious back and neck issues so I am looking for someone who can help me.
