hey, anyone here got the RS deal and subscribed to PAS magazine?/ Any of you received their magazine yet, cuz i still haven't :mad:

I signed up, and emailed them because I hadn't seen anything. The reply that I got confirmed my subscription and they also mentioned that they only print 7 issues a year, and my first one is coming soon.

I'm a paying customer and my magazines don't arrive sometimes. PAS just "forgot" about me and didn't send me magazines until I emailed them a couple times. Worst $20 I ever spent, I'm definitely not renewing my subscription.

I had a subscription to PAS 3 years ago. It was a one year subscription but for some reason they sent me magazines for two years.

Then they stopped coming for about a year, and last month they sent me another one??? It went straight in the recycle bin.

I signed up for a 3 year subscription also and it seems like they send the magazines whenever they feel like it. If i'm lucky, i'll get atleast 1 magazine every 2 months. Sometimes I get a magazine in 3 months. I'm missing so many copies haha. Oh well, I got the subscription for cheap.

That magazine is horrendous. 2/3's of that are ads which make up the bulk of what you're buying.

I'd rather spend a few bucks more for quality.

i signed up at dtp and importfest. $20 for 2 years. that was roughly 2 years ago. i only for 4 magazines in total and my 2 years have ended.

Same. subscripted for 1 year for $15 during DTP in 2006.
I received 6 in a year. no scam.
Never renewal, but 2 months ago they sent me a copy for no reason.

The material, printing, graphic were crap. Going downhill fast ...

If you really want the mag buy it in store. I've only heard horror stories about their subscriptions.

I went through this MANY years ago. You'd think 4-5+ years later they would've corrected these issues.

I subscribed last year at DTP for 2 years. The magazines do come, but it comes whenever it wants to. I've been waiting for an issue for like 3-4 months, and when they mailed it to me, they mailed the next issue to be within 2 weeks.

I remember having this issue 5 or so years ago. Waited about 10 months before my first issue came.

I called, I emailed, I bitched on RS. I even met a guy from PAS mag and bitched at him.

All in all, they eventually did send me my subscription....I don't even know if I got the full year or not because at that point I hated PAS mag. The weirdest part was I actually got a phone call from them to renew my subscription like 6 months after it ended. I kindly told them to f*ck off.
