Hi i'm looking to buy this really cheap Honda Jazz and the engine needs rebuilding, i think, because it's "maxed out in KMS"
what's involved in that? it seems quite easy and i'm pretty mechanically inclined
is it expensive as well?
any suggestions would help thanks!
How cheap is "really cheap"?
Most Honda Jazz scooters are going for 1500-2000 on CL last I checked.

My Yamaha BWS50 has a little over 22 000 Kms and its still running very strong. The other day I asked a local Yamaha how much a rebuilt was and they told me that only the top end would need rebuilding and that would cost only about $200. If I am not mistaken, the Jazz and BWS uses the same engine from what i recall so it should be around there. Just call around to different Hondas and see what they say. If you want to do it yourself parts should be only about $100 to $150 MAX.
