Simple (I hope) question

I want to buy a security system for my car so I don't have to manually unlock the doors, and my question is If I were to buy a system at XXXX-XXX, would they charge me installation + extra fee for installing a key-less entry system onto a car that doesn't even have power locks?

Well, shops will usually charge between $75 - $100 per door just to install the power door lock itself to allow you to do keyless entry, then ontop you would have to pay for a keyless entry (remote operated) system or alarm system that does keyless entry as well. Installing power door locks on its own is a lot of work about an hour per door in addition to installing a keyless entry unit or alarm.

So the answer is yes, i don't know of any shops that would install door locks and provide you with the door lock actuator for free

The big box stores will do it for free...then charge a $100 misc parts and eco fee and they'll stop working in 366 days.
