You could buy a sensor brush and do it yourself.

Well, I'm not the previous owner and its not just dust particles. aThere is alot of smudges on it.

Well, obviously...you're the current owner. ;)

If you want the job done with a guarantee, you have to send it to Canon Canada. Otherwise, buy the fluid and swabs and do it yourself.

Camtex or Vancam will do it, but it's probably better to just do it yourself.
