Shell put nitrogen in their gas now?

apparently nitrogen can clean the engine.
is it more effective than Chevron Techron and Petro Canada Tractrol?

I don't know how would nitrogen make that much of a difference tho?
do they sell nitrogen in bottle like tactrol and techron?
also, air is 78% nitrogen...so I guess every car is automatically burning nitrogen as well.

Techron is polyether amines.
