my integrated webcam, the color displays only green, and takes pictures in green...i've checked the color settings and it seems normal...

You'll need to call Acer, troubleshoot, and possibly arrange an RMA. IIRC, there are no local service centers for Acer, so you'll need to ship it.

Yup, you'll need to have it shipped out to Acer's repair centers out in Ontario.

If you bought the netbook from Staples, they can ship it for you free of charge. We started doing Acer facilitation earlier this year. If you bought it elsewhere, you may want to check to see if they also facilitate Acer's warranty.

Expect it to take 2-4 weeks
