drove 6 months on a blown master cyl, I topped it up alot but once in awhile I wouldn't bother and it would run out, I swapped 3 used ones in and they were all blown, finally found a new one. My gas tank leaked at over half and the gauge didnt work too, no temp gauge, good old toyota.

Blown master clutch cylinder for nearly a year (didn't leak all that bad until the last few months, where it just emptied into my car.. wweee~~)
As far as I drove, no clutch rev matching double clutching... from the malahat to haliburton road area.
Mostly highway, did as least shifting as possible. Wasn't that bad once you get used to rev matching. Actually, makes you shift better once you know you're cars gearing after everything is fixed :)

Currently I'm driving with no turbo. It's hard as hell to make it up hills as well as keep highway speeds.
Anyone know where I can get a cheap turbo that would fit a Talon or a 4g63?

I made it about 50' with a blown clutch. I pulled onto the highway, missed second gear and suddenly had no more gears. I just had a godawful racket when I hit the clutch pedal.

In the silly world of VW transmissions...when I had a clutch cable snap, the release bearing cover at the far end of the trans popped off, spilling gear juice everywheres. Having practiced clutchless shifting for years, it was no problem for me to drive the 50km home. New release bearing, cover, cable, and add trans fluid, it's still flawlessly shifting to this day.

I made it 100+ km's with my shift linkage broke apart, stuck in 4th.
