a guy came in just after it happend.. he "said" it was some harsh backfire / flamege commin from the exhausat wich then ignited somewhere behind the right wheel well..

So the story is that it just randomly started on fire? I have heard of that happening on old beaters that overheat...but for a million dollar car, I would expect it wouldn't spontaneous combust.

lol almost all exotics come from the factory with the "spontaneous combustion" feature. You hear more abotu them randomly burnnig down then driving.. Porsches are known for their engine fires... even in their base Boxters. Lambos I think are more known for mechanical failure tho?

But in response to your beak.. I'd much rather have my "grocery getter" motor fall out due to front wheel hop on cold VHT than my "supercar" engine spontaneously combusting on the highway, or my vehicle randomly breaking down because it's a chrysler product at heart ;)

The yellow Edo Enzo is having it's motor rebuilt to FXX spec's. It will have 860HP and will be done later this summer.
