There were a couple on the island when the Inland Highway first opened up. I got blitzed by one one day, pretty insane. I swear I heard the intake screaming behind me before I heard the siren. When he got past me, the exhaust note was pretty good too.

The 2010 Shelby's and KR's have painted mirrors now.

The stripes are not factory. Factory stripes are vinyl and go around the wiper spray nozzles.

i've seen a totally black charger, no lights no nothing, totally undercover.
then i've seen a blk magnum with white police letterings/stripes like the police theme in the movie transformers.
then i've seen a white charger, no decals or anything.

but for sure they are police because 1: i've seen them pull people over, 2: i've seen them waitting on the highway on ramp, then suddenly speedin to catch up to check plates.

so if anyone sees a magnum or charger in west van/north van, u better fking slow down and shit ur pants.

Shelby gt500 have color keyed side mirror covers. KR's have carbon fiber mirror covers.

There are only 160 KR's in Canada, there is NO WAY they would use one as an undercover.

Most likely an '05-'09 with a V6.

Yup, you're right.

However, get a closer shot on the KR. Even the lip in the pic you sent is carbon fiber, but it's very hard to tell.

KR's came with carbon fiber hood, lip and mirror caps.
