Do you like your peanut butter smooth or crunchy?

Smoooooooooooooooth. I don't like crunchy sandwiches. To me it's like nasty like having floaties in your drinks but to each is own. :)

I like it smooth. Only reason I keep the chunky around is if i wanna make a quick peanut sauce.

both.

smooth for eating.

the crunchy, mix it with more broken peanuts + sugar and use it as filling for chinese sweet dumplings.

I put it in with the yolks.. it ends up sorta "melting" the smooth part of hte PB so you get that flavor in with the eggs.. and the chunky part just adds some texture..
I personally think it tastes great..
Do a low heat though.. I'm not sure how PB oil reacts with heat..
