Like the title says, I'm wondering if anybody could do a reset for me (since the stealership wants 57 bucks before tax), turns out somebody of the fairer sex decided to leave the gas cap nicely placed in it's holder on the back of the gas door and not tightened on the filler neck.) been driving for about a week and my lovely orange check engine light hasn't gone away as it sometimes can.

It's a 1998 328is.
