So i just found out recently that pearl castle might be moving into Richmond Center
They supposedly signed a lease across from the McDonald in Richmond center where the farm market used to be, 2400 sqft projected to do 1.25million per yr in volume... any thoughts?

I didn't know Pearl Castle was still popular, i used to go there back in elementary school and early high school

i believe at 2400sqft it is still smaller than the contiental location
and i am not sure if the pearl castle at Richmond Center will be opening just during mall hours or if it will extend beyond that as it has its own outside entranace.

and the skytrain opening in a few month will help their business to, except the skytrain station is on the other side of the mall (3rd side as opposed to minoru side)
