MTX amp repair - Where do I go..

I got a TC6001 amp that is acting up and I am not sure what is going on.. Where is somewhere I could get it looked at or repaired?

Here is what is happening:

The issue is that I am just driving normally, with the volume up high and I will have normal full bass. Then suddenly the bass will decrease its power about 75%, then it will randomly kick back to full power. However, it mostly stays at 75% less bass (estimate on the % of course). Is my amp screwed? Bad RCA cables?

Another funny note is that when the bass is at that low level, it seems to "Peak" like I can turn the volume down and the bass will remain the same, if I turn it up the sound gets louder but the bass is still the same as it was on the lower volume, like the amp doesnt want to feed the sub anymore power..

Here is what I have done:

Checked fuses on amp and also the battery lead - Fine
Cleaned ground and battery lead connections - Some corrosion on batt, cleaned! Ground is good.
Switched the speaker wires from one channel to the next - Nothing
Took out my cap and straight wired it - Nothing
Checked voltage to amp, above 13.5 and does not dip low, There are two lights ON on the amp, the normal red light on the top of the amp and a red light by the speaker connections (red is normal for this amp IIRC)

Oh one more thing.. when I first got the amp until this started happening (the other day) periodically the bass would drop just slightly, maybe 15% when driving and then would kick in randomly or sometimes when i took a sharp turn..

I know that it's a long drive from White Rock to Coquitlam, but it may be worth a quick troubleshoot before you pronounce that amp broken.

Sounds like it could be a ground or power issue.

Try drilling a new ground. Over time the place you drill your ground into might start to corode or rust thus causing poor contact.

Otherwise it might just be the amp, not uncommon.

I brought my old dying MTX Blue Thunder amp to Japan Electronics in Vancouver. Fixed with no issues.
