94-97 honda accord rear mugen bumper (it is a one piece bumper with Mugen style lip at the bottom. It is a not a lip! it is a whole bumper, custom made!
refer to picture below to see the custom mugen bumper ( the pic on the right shows the lip version)
never installed; sitting in storage for years
can't afford to install it.
