Didn't Green Dam get delayed or cancelled?
Anyways, I don't see how they can keep the software on the computer. I mean most comps or self made now and the Chinese government was in talks with IBM and Dell. Plus, even if the software is installed, anyone with half a brain can just reformat and uninstall it.
