ICBC insurance agent commission?

How much commission do they make? I know some chinese places offer $20 back if you give them the business and it's 'illegal'.
I just wonder what if you buy the insurance for the year, a few months later change cars/insurance detail and cancel/re-buy insurance from a different agent. When I cancel the insurance plan, does the original agent have to return some commission to ICBC?
ps: I do not go to those places that offer cash back. Never have but might will :D

A bunch of variables.
Vehicle, discount, optional coverage, includes transfer, % brokerage gives agent, etc.
Who cares what happens to the agent's commission, it doesn't affect you. If you're just in it to make an extra $20, remember ICBC charges you a premium for cancelling your insurance early so you'll be wasting your time AND money as I'm sure the premium exceeds whatever the brokerage might give you back.

Oh man, speaking of agents. There was this pretty good looking female agent when my friend was buying insurance for his brand new Ninja. She looked damn good! She does work around the maple ridge area (Maple ridge kawasaki)...she drives a black SIR I believe.

You should find out if she does home delivery (which many do). Tell her to come over on a night when you're watching a fight w/ your friends or bbqing or something and invite her in.

Brokers make the money through optional coverages that customer gets.

The less you pay for insurance the more the insurance agent makes.
So Driver 'A' w/ 20+ years experience w/ zero accidents (Roadstar) would mean an agent makes $100+ easily
A 16 yr old insuring his riced out Civic for the first time the agent might make $30+
All assuming you're insuring for the year.
