Neone been here yet?

I went there 2 days ago, and had the lunch special that's available from 11-2 not the best but definitely better than other places in richmond like pho hoa, they give u 1 spring roll and a good sized bowl of pho with beef balls and sliced beef, comes with an ice coffee also :). Only about $9 so not bad value either.

Just don't ask to get anything changed on the special, even if it's cheaper, the woman was really testy about that.

Funky thing was that all the ppl working there looked like they were under 12, except for one that was a mom, the dishwasher/busser was calling for "mom" and i was sitting right there. The girl at the bar answering the phone also looked like she was 12 or 13,

Is this legal? lolz I work at a restaurant and i'm 16 and i'm the youngest member of the staff! lol

Minimum working age is 13 and if they work there, there is a chance that they own it.
