suicide doors make throwing the criminal in the car much easier. Also center mounted seatbelts allow officers to put seatbelts on handcuffed criminals without bending over on top of them.

i believe they are diesel powered. they have a cool computer video camera thing that automatically looks up license plates of cars they drive by.
