what the heck! that's a lot of skill and effort put into sculpting the car, but is the foam even sturdy at all? one hard slam of the door and I'd imagine huge chunks of foam would fall off, haha.

is using foam (in conjunction with clay) common for building static display concept cars?

i can't remember the show, but it was one of those car shows on spike tv, where they used blocks of foam to shape fender flares for a mustang using wire to cut it down (piano wire?) and a body file to shape it down, then fiberglass over it?
