It'll probably be somewhat busy. Like illicitstylz suggests, check the borderlineup websites. That'll give you an idea of how long the wait is. I think the Aldergrove crossing has the shortest wait although it involves quite a long drive to get there.

Around 4 might not be too bad. I've driven down there on a friday afternoon and it's somewhat busy. Weekend mornings are the busiest so try to avoid those times.
