We all have them, that one co worker you wish you could punch in the face. Lets hear about them.

My co worker is a fucking tard she's only a teacher but thinks she's fucking god because her brother's in law school, if it doesn't fit into her world it's gotta be wrong. It disturbs me to know kids are learning from her.

eg. one of many conversations.

her: You're always looking at cars, why don't you just buy an audi?
me: When i graduate i'll fix up my apartment first , i'd rather have a nice place to come home to.
her: it's not YOUR appartment you didn't pay for it, your mom did.
me: really? do you know for a fact that I didn't pay for any of it?
her: no
me: were you there when i signed the papers?
her: no
me: do you know for a fact that I didn't have any money to make a down payment?
her: no
me: then you need to shut the fuck up.

I'm a pretty patient guy but after 9 hours of work you just have to put the bitch in her place.

lol what a bitch. I have to share a work area with this outdoorsman type guy who really gets on my nerves. all he tAlks about is hunting and guns and thinks other people give a shit. he's also a dick and annoys the he'll out of me. I wear my headphones even when I'm not listening to music but he doesn't get the hint. he'll watch YouTube videos and make comments and laugh to himself to try to get my attention until I relluctantly come see what's so funny. usually it's videos of drunk people falling over or of people skinning animals and he'll try to teach me how to properly skin a deer. the rest of the time he's bragging about how he comes in super earlyto work so he can leave super early too. sounds like a broken record I hear him talk about this on a DAILY basis- the same story every time. fml

I've got one guy who rides a CBR125 to work. Officially, there isn't any motorcycle parking at work, but no one every said a word when I parked my old F4i under the lights, or in a corner of the parking lot. When this guy shows up to work, he parks on the street but because of the split between day shift and night shift, his bike usually ends up in the middle of 2 parking spots. His excuse is that when he parked, it was between 2 cars but after they left, it isn't his fault. Today, I got to park in the last open spot on the street but because of where his bike is, there are now 2 spots that no one can park in.

Many people have talked to him about this issue as last time, he parked on the very first spot on the street from where the parking sign was, except he parked in the middle so no one could park in front of him or behind him.

I am that close to pushing his bike over onto the grass so that people can park in those spots. We have over 100 people working and only around 40 spots in front of the building. Whenever it gets really busy when people come to film at the park accross the street, those who show up late end up parking 2 blocks away.

Then there is this other guy. He is totally obsessed with gambling, and all he ever does at work is talk about poker and all the "fish" that plays against him. He'lll even go to the female staff and talk to them about playing poker, on the days that he wins. When he loses, sometimes he will call in sick because he is upset with himself.

You guys are working full time at these places? if i were you i'd kill myself. I hate talking to wierd ass people. I havent really had annoying co-workers because i have only worked at part time positions and the full time positions i have done was with chill people.

Why is this thread in fight club? it would get more responses in off-topic lol

2 years ago i worked with this mom (30's) and omg..she made me want to quit everyday i worked. she reaked of negative energy and you'd think that it wouldn't be that big of a deal and a normal person can deal with it...but no. she literally transformed all of us into hating going to work everyday and even hate life a little. she'd bring drama into work everyday (how her marriage sucks, her husband is an asshole etc), and bitch out anyone who stepped in her way.

a couple months after meeting her she declared to all of us she was getting a divorce and was going to do everything to get her husband in the bad books. one morning when she walked in the door I said "good morning!!" and she goes "SHHHHHHH. i'm listening to a recording of my husband. he's been saying bad shit to my son so i need to catch this asshole"

another time, i was in the other office working and she comes out of another and goes "crayon, come in here." then i go in and i see this house plan and she goes "this is the floorplan to my house, ....(me thinking 'omg she's going to kill her husband and is planning where she's going to do it') ....i'm going to sell my house without my husband knowing."

i'm also sure she was sleeping with someone from management and was saying bad shit to them about everyone that worked with her. she was a bitch and even though i can understand she was going through a hard time--there's no need to put it all on the people you work with. keep the drama at home.

I love my co-workers at my club job.

At my warehouse job?

I hate anyone that is 35+ and hates the world. Seriously I have 3 employees at my warehouse job who have no respect, and don't treat me human, so lets just say now they fear me.

I'm fine with it, really what's the worst that could happen? She ignores me for the entire next shift? I'm down for that!

If she does read this hopefully she'll realize how ignorant she is. I mean by the time someone's 28 you'd think they'd have matured somehow.

What kinda workplace are u at marco?

3 months ago this guy came into our kitchen and was our kitchen manager's friend so he got the job of line cook. He did stuff like dissing my music (we have an ipod dock back there so i blast my pop/rap/reggae/classic/country/techno everything) because he only liked techno/dance music. Guy used to work at deuce bungalow as a cook.

everyone hated him and he kept talking about how he could turn the kitchen around. He got fired after about a month and a half. And behind his back we're always talking about how he's only 28 and has a 5 year old daughter, and how ppl like him shouldn't be allowed to have children etc.

Total douchebag got what he deserved though, in front of him I would always joke and pretend that we were friends, maybe that's really harsh IMO, but every day i worked with him, made me want to quit along with other staff members.

I work with a bunch of hot young university girls at the gym, as well as a lot of other beautiful women. They are all awesome, and they always bring me food and stuff so I can't complain. However there is one girl who is like completely socially inapt, she is like a really pale, nerdy, ugly girl. Normally I would feel bad for her, but she is one of those people who talks 24/7 even when people aren't listening to her, and being socially inapt leaves her constantly mumbling about how dysintary effected people in world war one etc...Seriously i sit next to her for hours not saying a word and she just keeps going. Its been so long now that i sometimes tune her right out, then wake up like 45 minutes later and realize she has been talking to me the whole time. On top of that she from time to time comes up behind you and just hovers over you and you sort of catch a glimpse of something out of the corner of your eye, then realize she has been standing behind you reading your facebook for the last 5 minutes. Also she can't really connect with any of the girls that work here so she usually ends up trying to get in on a conversation and winds up insulting the other girls unknowingly, so ya...she sucks.

I have a few co-workers im not fond of. Im also sure some people aren't fond of me. That being said, my work is such that i rarely have to work with the same person over and over again.

I also find my reasons for not getting along with some of the people at my work isn't because of them personally. I can't stand lazyness, and if your lazyness contributes to me having to do more then my share, or reflecting poorly on my performace as a result. i won't like you. Because i work in a union type job, i find people try to get away with alot more. So this seems to be the main problem i have at work with people.

I've worked a full-time summer job at my mom's workplace, and people took to me rather easily. I've also done work experience at a dealership, and people liked me there too since I wasn't some twat. But when it came to part-time jobs, the shit hit the fan. I worked retail, the people my age were chill, and so was one of the managers, but the store manager and her assistant weren't that great, but were tolerable.

Canadian Tire sucked for me. Period. The manager was a real dumbass, and left me to do some online training for "an hour or so" in their boardroom on my first shift. I was left there for two hours, and was literally 20 seconds from just walking out of the store when the guy that was to give me on the job experience finally showed up. I did what he told me until closing and I never went back again.

There's a lot of negative people out there, and yes they totally fit the mold: Middle age, hate their life and are persistently negative. Like people that will bitch about anything. Ohh, the water cooler is empty, I hate the rain, I hate the sun, why do we have to do this? my computer is too slow. . . like shut the fuck up!

I had this one co-worker who seriously was soo negative. He complained about everything. EVERYTHING. Complains about getting off work 2 minutes late? Like come on, you can't expect to come out on time everyday. Other jobs some people stay 20 + minutes later without OT, and it's not like you're doing it everyday! He just hates life. He's fat and he walks soo slow from one place to another that some people just get pissed off because he's blocking the hallway and we can't by him since he's fat & slow. The dude takes an elevator to go up one set of stairs (our office has two floors). He would take the elevator everytime. Our elevator was super slow too, if you take the stairs it takes 5x faster. Worst is he never says hi or greets anybody except the boss/supervisor because he only does it to kiss ass.

All I can say is I'm glad I no longer work there.

Unions can be the worst sometimes. Guy that's been there for 5 years is doing half the amount of work you do and is getting paid twice as much doing the same shiet your doing. The thing is they do stuff that could easily get anyone else fired but b.c the union is protecting them they will never get fired. -- this was when I just graduated highschool and was working as a Reach Truck driver at a warehouse.

I have a good story to tell. Working with a friend, an old friend proved to be the worst co-worker ever.
I had this friend, for as long as ive known her (since elementary), shes always been this cranky bitch like there was always something up her ass. i never minded it since i knew or thought i knew that is just how she was. Well somehow, we landed the same job for the same company with the same shift etc. and so we would car pool to work in my car.
Many times when i came to pick her up, she wouldn't be ready on time due to trying to get her hair just right, and so those times we were late to work. When carpooling isnt the right thing to do is split the gas or at least the parking cost? Well this bitch rarely paid for either. So ungrateful. And everytime we got there late, the moment we get to the parking stalls, with the engine still on, that bitch would exit the car and head for the doors because she was scared of being late (go figure eh?)
Now what really bugged me was that she was always this cranky bitch around me and our group of friends but during work, among our co-workers, she was always this out going, friendly person which shocked me cuz I was like why the hell are you so nice to these almost complete stranger but such a pain in the ass to your real friends? Although i never confronted her on this cuz I figured she might be turning over a new leaf but no, it was just a front for these people at work or some sort of sad attempt at making new friends.
So anyway, a few months into our job we both still worked together and car pooled and get this, i get fired for being late one too many times while she keeps her job cuz she managed to make it in just in time because she doesnt need to park the car and buy a parking ticket lol
Needless to say, her skanky ass got canned soon after.

i'm in the same boat... my co-worker is so lazy i'm forced to do some of his share on top of the workload i already have. but my employer can't touch him because he's protected by the union, and he has a lot more senority than me so there isn't much more i can do about it other than find another job or apply for a transfer (neither option feasible). sigh.

when i worked at a local 24 hr convienece store (large chain), the store was losing money. our manager got replaced by a dickhead. he would park across the street before his shift and sit there watching us work. we knew he was there, he didn't.

he even sat there on his days off, just watching.

he would actually take the security tapes home at night and watch them in their entirety. Eventually ALL the original staff quit, including myself. this left him the sole worker of this store. can you imagine?

I ran into him at another branch of this convienience store in Richmond a few years later and almost reached over the counter and hammered him, but my cooler side prevailed.

at my current job there's a guy that will not stop talking. non stop all day, even during lunch when is mouth is full of food. He believes himself to be a genius and has to let everyone around him know his ideas and thoughts.

routinely he reads a newspaper and spouts this info out as his own knowledge, and gets it WRONG.

he's constantly invading my personal space and has horrible breath. He also likes to tap you in the arm when he talks to you...repetedly.

as an experiment (while he talked to me) i took really tiny steps backwards away from him. as he continually tried to tap my arm for emphasis on his stupid conversation, he kept inching closer.

id take a step away, he'd follow..

There's this 1 guy at work that's a huge "know it all". We catch him constantly on topics in which he clearly doesn't know what he's talking about and then when i tell him he doesn't know what he's talking about, he'll say he does and pretends like he does. He has to comment on everything and then makes these lame jokes which aren't even funny to begin with and he's the only 1 laughing.
Whats worse is when someone is telling a story, he always has a better version. One of the most memorable ones was when 1 of the guys at work was saying how there was this place near his old house that had killer samosa's and pizza slices for cheap, like $1.50. Well Mr."know-it-all" steps in and says there's this place in surrey that's even cheaper and sells it for $0.50 with a can of pop. We all look at him with this WTF look and then I replied sarcastically "Uh, yeah. I'm pretty sure its $0.50"

I worked with someone like that who always had to one up you. Thankfully she took another position in another department of our company so I didn't have to deal with her anymore. In that department thought she wasn't protected by our boss and it was realized how little work she does and she ended up getting canned. She tried to keep her position by claiming sexual harassment from the highest person in this company. She had told me about a sexual comment this person had made to her before so of course she told the investigater this. When the investigater interviewed me I told her I didn't remember exactly what had happened but that she said he made some comment but that I just ignored it because she was the type of person to make something up to make attention all about her.

Last I heard he was cleared of all accusations, lol.

When I worked at the railway before all the lay off's, we had this janitor named Ronny. We call him Crack Head Ronny because he looked like he lived on the street despite working almost 50 hours a week and having no real bills other than rent.
This guy use to eat everyones food if it was a half hour past lunch time and you left it in the fridge.
Since you couldn't smoke inside if you were having a smoke and got called in to do something you would have to leave your smoke outside, every single time even if you just had 2 puffs it would be gone.
As work slowed down we got bored and decided to enterain ourselve's. Everyone saved there chew spit and we filterd it and put it in a ice tea bottle then in the fridge. HE TOOK A HUGE SWIG.
You would think he learned his lesson, but no. One day he actually went into my lunch bag after lunch and ate my sandwich that I was saving for last break. So I left Mac and Cheese with tuna in my locker for 2 weeks, then put it in the fridge. I was outside smoking and I saw him take it out of the fridge, heat it up, take a bite, start gagging, then throw it all out.
This brings me to my favourite Ronny story of all, we were outside having a safety meeting like we did every morning, one of the guys dropped a smoke on the ground. You didnt pick up anything off the ground outside of the office, there was everything from motor oil, to diesel fuel, a shit load of chew spit, and everyone spat on the ground while they smoked. So we all made the joke that when Ronny showed up I guarentee he will pick it up and smoke it. Somebody decided to take it one step further, they ripped the smoke open and put a zig zag there to see if he would roll a smoke off the ground. When he showed up, he swooped down in front of everyone and rolled a smoke off ground, and then smoked it while we all gagged and laughed.
I am pretty happy I have a real job now and don't work there anymore, although I do miss most of the guy's, never a dull moment around there!

I am pretty happy I have a real job now and don't work there anymore, although I do miss most of the guy's, never a dull moment around there!

lol few ppl i work with need to be tackled... or kicked in the face... either or.

this one guy i work with must have been dropped on his head as a kid cause i had to tell him 4 times to do something.. after the 3rd time i go and check his work and all he did was put it away.

I got so frustrated i grabbed it and threw it infront of him and said WTF i thought you said you finished. All he could say was OH.. with a stupid look on his face. Left a big mess after he was done and thought he could just bounce.... AGH!!!! lol

oh c'mon dude, i know you've got more than that!!!!!!

how about:
- new boss enforcing a no smoke rule...then goes for about 7 of them in an hour and everyone running around looking for him.
- during crunch time with one person on each station running around in a mad frenzy, he comes over from watching for the past 5 mins at his leaning post saying "why did this take so long?"

and that's only with him.

there're plenty of idiots we worked with man!!
