you want the rear tranny bracket or do you want the rubber mount that is attached to the xmember. as for the ds mount, you need the metal bracket or the rubber mount, or both? I think I have everything, but will have to double check tomorrow.

I need the mount going from rear of the engine to crossmember and the driver top going to the head

Do u need the peice of metal that bolts from the mount on the block to the rubber mount or the rubber mount itself ? if so 96-00 d-series is exactly the same or do u need the 99-00 sir dual post mount that bolts to the block itself?
